Shizhuxian railway station
Shizhuxian railway station (石柱县站), also known as Shizhu County station, is in Shizhu County, Chongqing, China. It sits on the Yuli Railway and is operated by the China Railway Corporation. The station opened on December 28, 2013.
On November 10, 2016, the station added guest services, including a larger waiting area (98 square metres) with a library corner, a breastfeeding area, and a children’s play area.
Since Huangshui railway station began passenger service on December 31, 2022, Shizhuxian is in a “dual station” area. Tourists traveling to Huangshui no longer need to transfer at Shizhuxian, which is about 70 kilometres from the Huangshui tourist area.
