Sarah Jamieson
Sarah Jamieson (born 24 March 1975 in Perth) is an Australian middle-distance runner. She represented Australia at three Olympic Games (2000, 2004 and 2008) and won a silver medal at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
In 2006 she set the Australian 1500 metres record with 4:00.93. The record stood until 2018, when Linden Hall broke it; Jamieson had coached Hall earlier in her career.
Career highlights include competing at the World Junior Championships in 1994 (Lisbon) and various world events, as well as strong showings at the World Cup and World Cross Country Championships. She also had top finishes at the World Athletics Final and the Commonwealth Games.
