Sphaerodactylus streptophorus is a small gecko that is found only on the island of Hispaniola (the Dominican Republic and Haiti). It is also known as the Hispaniola least gecko or the Hispaniolan small-eared sphaero.

It belongs to the family Sphaerodactylidae. The species was described in 1977 by Thomas and Schwartz, and its binomial name is Sphaerodactylus streptophorus.

Conservation: The IUCN lists this species as Vulnerable (IUCN 3.1), meaning it faces a high risk of extinction in the wild, mainly due to habitat loss and degradation on Hispaniola.
