Yonder Román García Álvarez, born 26 February 1993, is a Cuban volleyball player. He is a member of the Cuba men’s national volleyball team and plays for Al Ahly in Egypt at the club level. He stands 183 cm tall, weighs 78 kg, and has a spike reach of 325 cm and a block reach of 320 cm, wearing jersey number 7. Earlier in his career he played for Ciudad Habana from 2015 to 2021 before moving to Al Ahly.

García has competed in major international events, including the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics (where he won gold) and the 2016 Summer Olympics. He represented Cuba at the Pan American Games (winning silver in 2019 and also participating in 2023) and helped Cuba win the 2022 Pan American Cup.
