Powe is an unincorporated community in southwest Stoddard County, Missouri, United States. It sits along Missouri Route U, about 2.5 miles east of the St. Francis River and roughly 2 miles north of the Stoddard–Dunklin county line. A post office operated in Powe from 1904 to 1929. The community is named after the Powe family, the original owners of the town site. The coordinates are approximately 36.65917°N, 90.09667°W.
