Seyyed Kandi, also romanized as Seyyed Kandī, is a small village in Ardabil province, Iran. It is located in Meshgin-e Gharbi Rural District, Qosabeh District, Meshgin Shahr County.

Population history:
- 2006: 63 people in 11 households
- 2011: 17 people in 4 households
- 2016: 75 people in 25 households

By 2016, Meshgin-e Gharbi Rural District had become part of the newly formed Qosabeh District. The village is in the Iran Standard Time zone (UTC+3:30).
