Gmina Podegrodzie is a rural administrative district (gmina) in Nowy Sącz County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Podegrodzie, located about 11 km southwest of Nowy Sącz and 72 km southeast of Kraków.

The gmina covers 63.74 square kilometers. As of 2006, its total population was 11,607, giving a population density of about 182 people per square kilometer.
