Charles Caulker

Charles Caulker (died 1842) was the chief of the Bumpe Chiefdom in Sierra Leone from 1832 to 1842. Also known as Ba Charley, he became chief after his brother Thomas Kon Tham and led the Bumpe people for about a decade. He passed away in 1842.
