Alamabad, Dorud
Alamabad is a small village in western Iran. It is located in Silakhor Rural District, Silakhor District, Dorud County, Lorestan Province. The Persian name is علم آباد, and it is Romanized as ‘Ālamābād, ‘Ālāmābād, and ‘Alemābād; it is also known as ‘Ālamābād-e Soflá.
In the 2006 census, Alamabad had a population of 392 people in 99 families. The village sits at coordinates about 33.63028°N latitude and 48.96944°E longitude.
