SOLIDAR is a European network of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that work to promote social justice in Europe and around the world. It represents the views and concerns of its member groups to the European Union and other international institutions, focusing on social affairs, international cooperation, and lifelong learning.

The network brings together about 60 member organisations from 27 countries (22 are in the EU) and operates in about 90 countries globally. Members are national NGOs as well as some EU-wide or non-EU organisations, united by values of solidarity, social equality, and participation.

SOLIDAR works with its members, trade unions, policymakers, and civil society to influence EU and international policy and to connect members so they can learn from each other and run joint projects. It is affiliated with the Progressive Alliance.

As of 2015, SOLIDAR listed 34 full member organisations and 24 affiliate members.
