Sweet Thing is the fifth studio album by jazz saxophonist Boney James, released in 1997 on Warner Bros. Records. The smooth jazz record runs 41 minutes and 59 seconds and was produced by Boney James and Paul Brown.

Notable collaborations on the album include the title track, Sweet Thing, which features Chaka Khan, and I Still Dream, a duet with Al Jarreau.
