King Zhending of Zhou

King Zhending of Zhou (周貞定王), personal name Ji Jie (姬介), was a king of the Zhou dynasty during the Eastern Zhou period. He ruled from 468 BC to 441 BC. His posthumous name means “The Chaste and Calm King.” He was the son of King Yuan of Zhou and was succeeded by King Ai of Zhou.

Family and descendants:
- Quji — became King Ai of Zhou (died 441 BC)
- Shuxi — became King Si of Zhou (died 441 BC)
- Wei — became King Kao of Zhou (ruled 440–426 BC)
- Jie — became Duke Huan of Western Zhou (ruled 440–415 BC)

Died in 441 BC.
