Giuliano Zoratti (13 July 1947 – 2 July 2021) was an Italian professional footballer and manager. He was born in Udine and played as a midfielder, mainly in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region. He began his coaching career in 1974 with Pro Gorizia.

As a coach, Zoratti spent years assisting Massimo Giacomini at several Serie A and Serie B clubs, including Udinese, Milan, Torino, Napoli, Triestina, and Perugia. In 1986 he became the head coach of Pro Vercelli and later managed many other teams, including Reggina in Serie B in 1995.

From 2006, he led Itala San Marco Gradisca, guiding the small club from Gradisca d'Isonzo to its first promotion to Serie C2 in 2008. The club folded at the end of the 2009–10 season. He then coached I.S.M. Gradisca, the city’s new club, which had risen from the Eccellenza Friuli-Venezia Giulia to Serie D.

Zoratti passed away in Udine on 2 July 2021, at the age of 73.
