Swansea College
Swansea College was a large further education college in Swansea, Wales. It taught thousands of students and employed about a thousand staff. The college offered a wide range of qualifications, including GCSEs, A-levels, the International Baccalaureate Diploma, BTEC diplomas, NVQs and many vocational courses. It also ran English language programmes for non-native speakers.
In August 2010, Swansea College merged with Gorseinon College to form Gower College Swansea, serving the Swansea area.

- Tycoch Campus (Sketty): the main site, offering A-levels, IB and most vocational courses
- Llwyn-y-Bryn (Uplands): arts and related subjects
- Kingsway Centre (city centre)
- Llansamlet (Business College)
- Other sites including Sketty Hall and nearby schools were used for courses

History
- The original Swansea College began around 1825 near the docks
- It moved to the Tycoch site in 1971 after rapid growth
- In 1992, it became Swansea College, a Further Education Corporation
- In 2010 it merged with Gorseinon College to form Gower College Swansea
2008 results (highlights)
- Level 3 courses: 99.3% passed A Levels; 15% achieved A grade; 47% achieved A or B; 78% achieved A, B or C; 100% passed the IB Diploma
- Level 2 courses: 93% passed GCSE; 91% passed First Diploma; 91% passed NVQ Level 2
- Others: 95% achieved Level One GNVQ Foundation; 92% achieved Introductory courses
