Kirby Myhill

Kirby Myhill is a Welsh rugby union player who plays as a hooker. Born on February 5, 1992, in Burry Port, Wales, he has played for Scarlets, Cardiff Blues, and the Miami Sharks in Major League Rugby. He has represented Wales at under-20 level and earned one cap for the senior Wales team in 2021.

Early life and position
Myhill attended Glan-y-Mor Comprehensive School and Coleg Sir Gâr. He played for the Burry Port RFC youth side and joined the Scarlets academy, switching from back row to hooker at under-18 level.

Club career
He made his Scarlets debut in 2011 and spent six seasons with Scarlets and Llanelli RFC. In 2016 he moved to Cardiff Blues (Cardiff Rugby), where he signed multiple contract extensions in 2018, 2019 and 2020, though he had knee injuries early on. He left Cardiff Blues after the 2022–23 season and joined the Miami Sharks in Major League Rugby in 2023. When the Sharks withdrew from the league, Myhill returned to the Scarlets on a short-term loan at the start of the 2025–26 season.

International career
Myhill captained Wales Under-20 in the 2012 Six Nations Under-20 Championship. He was later called up to the Wales senior team and made his debut off the bench against New Zealand on October 30, 2021.

Personal life
He is the nephew of former Wales international Mark Perego and the brother of Torin Myhill, who also played rugby for the Scarlets.
