Milto Tutulani (born 1897 in Berat, Albania) was an Albanian politician and activist. He served as Albania’s Minister of Justice from May 12, 1923, to February 25, 1924, during the reign of King Zog I. He belonged to the Party of Traditions. Tutulani’s tenure as justice minister followed Hysen Vrioni, and he was later succeeded by Benedikt Blinishti, who in turn was followed by Stavro Vinjau. The Ministry of Justice was one of the original ministries created soon after Albania’s independence in 1912. Little is documented about his life, including the date of his death.
