Marcus Pattillo (born September 29, 1977, in Kennett, Missouri) is an American former Major League Baseball umpire. He worked as a fill-in umpire in the MLB during the 2014 and 2015 seasons, wearing number 18. In 2015, his regular duties were in the Triple-A Pacific Coast League.

Pattillo was the home-plate umpire in a semifinal game of the 2015 WBSC Premier12. Some sources described his ball-strike calls as controversial in that game, but Japan lost the lead in the ninth inning and the host nation was defeated.
