Malcolm Joseph Gladman (1915–1987) was an Australian politician from Warrnambool, Victoria. He worked in a store, as a fruit picker, and on the wharf before serving in World War II. After the war he became a Nestlé factory clerk in Dennington and led local unions and the Labor Party in Warrnambool. In 1952 he was elected to the Victorian Legislative Assembly for Warrnambool and served as Assistant Minister of Lands, Soldier Settlement and Conservation from 1953 to 1955. When his seat was abolished in 1955, he unsuccessfully contested Portland. Gladman died in 1987.
