Petar Bosančić
Petar Bosančić (born 19 April 1996) is a Croatian professional footballer who plays as a centre back for FK Žalgiris in Lithuania’s A Lyga. He was born in Split, Croatia, and is 1.90 meters tall.
Bosančić began his youth career at NK Solin before moving to Hajduk Split in 2012. He debuted for Hajduk’s first team in 2015 and also played for Hajduk Split II, with loan spells at Dugopolje and Sesvete. His senior career then included Istra 1961 (2018–2021), Mariupol (2021), Široki Brijeg (2022), Cherno More Varna (2022–2023), Riga FC (2023–2024), and FK Auda (2024).
In 2025 he signed with FK Žalgiris. He was sidelined by a training injury in March 2025 and returned to training with the club by September 2025.
Internationally, Bosančić has represented Croatia at the under-21 level, earning three caps and scoring one goal. He was also listed in Croatia’s preliminary under-17 squad for the 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup but did not make the final team.
