Madison Abigail Less (born April 27, 1998) is an American soccer goalkeeper who plays for Fatih Karagümrük S.K. in the Turkish Women's Football Super League. She wears number 12.

Less was born in Hinckley, Ohio, near Cincinnati. She studied Business Administration at the University of Cincinnati, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting in 2020 and an MBA in 2021. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

College and early career
- She played college soccer for the Cincinnati Bearcats from 2016 to 2021.
- During college she also played for the Cleveland Ambassadors in the Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL).

Professional career
- July 2021: Joined BIIK Shymkent in Kazakhstan. She took part in UEFA Women’s Champions League qualifying matches before leaving in June 2022.
- July 2022: Moved to FC Gintra in Lithuania. She played in UEFA Women’s Champions League qualifying matches and left in December 2022.
- August 2023: Joined Fatih Karagümrük S.K. in Istanbul, Turkey, to play in the Turkish Women’s Super League. She has made multiple appearances for the club.
