Jens Ewald (born 30 July 1983 in Schwerte) is a German slalom canoeist who competed internationally from 2000 to 2008. He represented Germany at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens in the K1 event, finishing 25th in the qualifying round and not advancing to the semifinals.

His career highlights include a World Cup victory in Penrith in 2008 in the K1 event. He also earned several medals at junior and U23 levels: a silver in K1 at the 2000 World Junior Championships in Bratislava; gold in K1 team and silver in K1 at the 2001 European Junior Championships in Bratislava; and a silver in the K1 team at the 2006 European U23 Championships in Nottingham.
