Dora Prince
Dora Prince, born María del Pilar Rodríguez, was an Argentine actress who appeared in film, theatre, and television. She was born on October 2, 1930, in Maipú, Mendoza Province, Argentina, and died on January 29, 2015, at age 84. Prince began acting as a teenager on Radio Aconcagua in the mid-1940s and became a regular on the station’s radio series from 1946. She studied acting with Osvaldo Bonet and Antonio Cunill Cabanellas, and in 1950 joined the cast of Las dos carátulas: el teatro de la Humanidad on LRA Radio Nacional.
Most of her work was on television, though she acted in two notable films: The Deal (El Arreglo) in 1983 and Cuatro caras para Victoria in 1992. Dora Prince died of natural causes and was cremated at Cementerio de la Chacarita.
