St. Mary's Episcopal Church, also known as the Flandreau Indian School Chapel, is a historic Gothic Revival church in Flandreau, South Dakota. It sits on North Crescent Street and was built in 1879. The property measures less than one acre.

In 2001, the church was found eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places, but it was not listed because the owner objected. The church is one of many historic sites in Flandreau, one of South Dakota’s oldest cities.
