Franky Barreto

Franky Barreto is a former Indian international footballer who played as a defender. He began his career with Vasco SC in 1992 and later played for Churchill Brothers, East Bengal, and Salgaocar SC. Barreto earned 17 caps for India and even captained the national team. He played in the Nehru Cup in 1997 and the 1998 Bangkok Asian Games. Honours: with India – SAFF Championship 1997; with Salgaocar – Federation Cup 1997.
