National Federation of Motion Pictures and Contents Associations (MPC)
The MPC is Thailand’s main professional and trade group for the film industry. It was formed in 1991 to unite the country’s various film associations and now has about 20 member groups. The federation is based in Huai Khwang, Bangkok, Thailand, and is led by President Visute Poolvoralaks. It is a member of the Asian Film Industry Network, and it hosts the annual Suphannahong National Film Awards. The Thai name for MPC is สมาพันธ์สมาคมภาพยนตร์แห่งชาติ, and it was previously known as the Federation of National Film Associations. Official website: http://www.mpc.or.th/
