Lydia Belkacemi (born 2 March 1994 in Tazmalt, Algeria) is an Algerian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Metz in France’s Seconde Ligue and for the Algeria women’s national team. She has both Algerian and French citizenship and previously represented France at youth levels before joining the Algeria national team in 2018, where she has played since.

Belkacemi’s club career includes Le Mans (2009–2013), Soyaux (2013–2017), Brest (2017–2019), Orléans (2019–2022), a return to Brest (2022–2023), and then Metz (2023–present). She wears number 7 for Metz.

Internationally, she played for France at the U16, U17, and U19 levels, and later switched to Algeria, making appearances for the senior national team since 2018. She scored for Algeria against Mali during the 2018 Africa Women Cup of Nations.
