Togbe Agorkoli (Eʋegbe: Togbe Agɔ Akɔli) was a harsh ruler of Notsie, a town that is now in Togo. He ruled as a dictator and imposed strict, cruel laws on the people there. Because of his oppressive reign, the Ewe people left Notsie and settled in lands that are today part of Ghana and Togo.
