Mike Fish
Mike Fish (born 28 May 1954) is a former Australian rugby league player who played in the 1970s. He spent his entire top-level career with the Balmain Tigers, mainly as a winger but also playing a few games at centre or fullback. Fish was graded by Balmain in 1974 and made his first‑grade debut in a 21–14 loss to Cronulla at Leichhardt Oval. Balmain finished last that year.
In 1976 the team finished sixth, and Fish was Balmain’s top try-scorer with 10 tries. In 1977 Balmain made the finals, finishing fourth; Fish again led the club in tries with 13, and Balmain reached the semi-final before losing 26–2 to the Sydney Roosters at the Sydney Cricket Ground. He left Balmain after the 1978 season and did not play first grade again, though he later represented Illawarra Firsts against the touring Great Britain Lions in 1979.
Across his Balmain career, Fish played 90 first-grade games, scoring 30 tries and kicking 4 goals.
