John Skubal (born September 10, 1946) is an American politician. A Republican, he served in the Kansas State Senate representing the 11th district from January 9, 2017 to January 11, 2021. He was preceded by Jeff Melcher and succeeded by Kellie Warren. Skubal was defeated in the 2020 Republican primary by Kellie Warren. He earned a BS degree from Emporia State University and is married to Susan.
