Lucas Nsiona Defise (born 19 October 2001) is a Belgian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Walton & Hersham in the Southern League Premier Division South.

Club career
- He started in youth systems at AFC Wimbledon and Chelsea, then joined Southampton in 2018.
- In 2021 he moved to Royale Union Saint-Gilloise in Belgium.
- In January 2022 he went on loan to Helmond Sport in the Netherlands, making 10 league appearances.
- He returned to Union SG in mid-2022 and left after the 2022–23 season.
- In October 2023 he returned to England to join Dartford in the National League South, then moved to Eastbourne Borough later that month and made his Eastbourne debut on 18 November 2023 in the FA Trophy.
- For the 2024–25 season he signed with Walton & Hersham after a trial. He debuted on the opening day in a 1–0 defeat to AFC Totton and scored his first professional goal in a 3–3 draw with Hanworth Villa. He later dual-registered with Hanworth Villa in March 2025.

International career
- Defise has represented Belgium at under-17 level, first called up in 2018.
