Tartu (urban municipality) is an urban area in eastern Estonia, located in Tartu County. It includes the city of Tartu and Tähtvere Parish, which borders the city to the northwest. Tähtvere Parish joined the city in 2017, and the municipality is separate from nearby Tartu Parish.
