Luis Alfredo Fratti Silveira (born 1956 in Cerro Largo, Uruguay) is a Uruguayan politician and veterinarian. He serves as a National Representative for Cerro Largo in the Chamber of Representatives, representing the Movement of Popular Participation, which is part of the Broad Front. He has been in the Chamber since February 15, 2015, and previously was a deputy from 2005 to 2010. He also served as director of the National Meat Institute during José Mujica’s government. Fratti was president of the Chamber of Representatives from March 1, 2021 to March 1, 2022.
