Aqcheh Qaya is a village in Howmeh Rural District, Do Tappeh District, Khodabandeh County, Zanjan Province, Iran. It serves as the capital of Howmeh Rural District. The village sits at about 36.0586°N latitude and 48.9244°E longitude.

In 2020, Do Tappeh District was established and Howmeh Rural District became part of this new district.
