Ruwenzori vlei rat (Otomys dartmouthi) is a small rodent in the Muridae family. It is found only in Uganda, where it lives in subtropical or tropical high-altitude grasslands. The species was described by Oldfield Thomas in 1906, and its binomial name is Otomys dartmouthi. The IUCN lists the Ruwenzori vlei rat as Data Deficient, meaning there isn’t enough information to determine its risk of extinction.
