Rushubi Hospital (French: Hôpital de Rushubi) is a public district hospital in Rushubi town, Bujumbura Rural Province, Burundi. It is the center and only public hospital in the Isale Health District and serves about 24,800 people (2014).

Location
The hospital is in the center of Rushubi, to the east of the RP121 highway. The Rushubi Health Center is to the northeast.

History
Rushubi Hospital was established by decree on September 23, 2003. In March 2016, the hospital’s manager was dismissed and faced embezzlement charges.
