2013 Fergana Challenger – Women's doubles

The defending champions were Lyudmyla Kichenok and Nadiya Kichenok, but Nadiya did not participate this year. Lyudmyla partnered with Polina Pekhova, and they were the top seeds. They won the title, defeating Michaela Hončová and Veronika Kapshay in the final, 6–4, 6–2. Hončová and Kapshay were the second seeds.
