Jack Fleming (26 August 1876 – 19 September 1933) was an Australian rules footballer who played with South Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Born in Inverell, New South Wales, he played as a follower and forward. His VFL career lasted from 1897 to 1898, and he appeared in 12 games, scoring no goals. Fleming died in Inverell, New South Wales, in 1933 at the age of 57. His full name was John Fleming.
