Inverness Justice Centre is a courthouse in Longman Road, Inverness, Scotland. It serves as a sheriff court and a justice of the peace court and also houses the offices of the procurator fiscal.

History
Until 2020, sheriff court hearings for the area were held at Inverness Castle. As the number of cases grew, a modern, purpose-built courthouse was needed. The site on Longman Road had previously been a bus depot. The building was designed by Reiach and Hall Architects in a Modernist style and built by the Robertson Group with Willmott Dixon. It cost about £24 million and was officially opened on 30 March 2020.

Design and features
The building has an asymmetrical main frontage facing Harbour Road, with a row of square columns and a glass facade behind them. Inside, there are six courtrooms.

Awards
Inverness Justice Centre was named Public Building of the Year in the Scottish Design Awards 2021 and won the Architectural Excellence Award (Public) in the Scottish Property Awards 2021.

Notable cases
One high-profile case heard there was the September 2022 trial of William MacDowell, who was found guilty of murdering his lover, Renee MacRae, and their son, Andrew MacRae, in 1976.
