Dorrance State Bank
Dorrance State Bank is a historic bank building at 512 Main Street in Dorrance, Kansas. Built in 1905 in the Early Commercial style, this one-story building originally housed the Citizens State Bank and served local farmers and merchants in the rural community. It closed in 1933 during the Great Depression. The structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2011 ( NRHP reference number 11000507 ). Its coordinates are about 38.8458°N, 98.5889°W, and it sits on less than one acre.
