Belarmino Salgado Martínez (born September 27, 1966) is a Cuban former judoka. He competed for Cuba at the 1992 Summer Olympics in the men’s 95 kg (half-heavyweight) division. During his career, he won three Pan American Games medals: bronze in 1987 (Indianapolis) in the light heavyweight category, gold in 1991 (Havana) in the light heavyweight category, and bronze in 1995 (Mar del Plata) in the light heavyweight category.
