Dicrocheles is a genus of mites in the Laelapidae family. Mites are tiny arachnids related to spiders. This genus is part of the kingdom Animalia, the phylum Arthropoda, the subphylum Chelicerata, the class Arachnida, and the order Mesostigmata. Dicrocheles was named by Krantz and Khot in 1962. Known species include Dicrocheles hippeoides (Treat, 1978) and Dicrocheles phalaenodectes (Treat, 1954). The article is a stub, meaning little information is available.
