Alexanders Run is a small stream in Brooke County, West Virginia. It is 3.69 miles (5.94 kilometers) long and is a first-order tributary to Harmon Creek, which flows into the Ohio River and then the Mississippi River.

Course: Alexanders Run rises in Weirton Heights, West Virginia, and flows south-southwest to join Harmon Creek about 1 mile northwest of Colliers, West Virginia.
