Tsvetan Miroslavov Iliev (Bulgarian: Цветан Илиев), born 29 April 1990 in Bulgaria, is a Bulgarian footballer who plays as a midfielder. He is currently a player-manager for Volov Shumen 2007.

Career highlight: On 1 April 2012, Iliev scored a historic goal to help Svetkavitsa defeat Kaliakra Kavarna 1–0, marking Svetkavitsa’s first win over a top-flight opponent from the A PFG.
