Patrik Carlsson
Patrik Carlsson (Patrik Karl Gunnar Carlsson), born November 3, 1987, in Kungälv, Sweden, is a Swedish professional ice hockey right winger. He currently plays for Frölunda HC in the Swedish Hockey League (SHL). He is 178 cm tall and weighs 81 kg; he shoots left.
Over a 15-year career starting in 2005, he has played for seven teams, mainly in Sweden, including Frölunda HC (two stints), Södertälje SK, HV71, Leksands IF, Växjö Lakers, and HIFK in Finland’s Liiga. He has won major titles with Frölunda: the Le Mat Trophy as Swedish champions in 2016 and 2019, and CHL titles in 2016, 2017, and 2019.
In the SHL, Carlsson has played 570 regular-season games, scoring 107 goals and 147 assists (254 points). In the playoffs, he has 90 games with 15 goals and 30 assists (45 points).
