Miguel Jerónimo de Molina
Miguel Jerónimo de Molina y Aragonés (October 7, 1638 – August 31, 1698) was a Spanish Catholic bishop. He was ordained a priest in 1662 for the Knights Hospitallers and was consecrated bishop on April 24, 1678. Pope Innocent XI appointed him Bishop of Malta, a position he held from 1678 to 1682. While in Malta, he reviewed the diocese, called for reforms at a synod, and created two new parishes on Gozo: Xewkija and Għarb. In 1682 he became Bishop of Lleida in Catalonia, Spain, where he served until his death in 1698. He succeeded Francesc Berardo in Lleida and was followed by Juan Alfonso Valerià y Aloza. He died at the age of 59.
