Macau Refuse Incineration Plant (MRIP) is an incinerator in Taipa, Macau, China. It began operating in 1992. In 2009, its waste processing capacity was doubled. The plant covers 4.5 hectares and uses six incinerators. It can process about 1,728 tons of waste per day, with a current capacity of around 1,400 tons per day. See also: Air pollution in Macau.
