Espíritu Santo River

Espíritu Santo River is a Bolivian river in the Cochabamba Department, Chapare Province, within Villa Tunari Municipality. It is part of the Amazon River watershed.

The river starts in the Callejas mountains southwest of Villa Tunari. It initially flows northeast, then turns east toward Villa Tunari. To the east of the town it joins the San Matéo River, which comes from the southwest. After they meet, the river is known as the Chapare River.
