Annette von Aretin
Annette von Aretin (May 23, 1920 – March 1, 2006) was a Bavarian baroness and a pioneering television announcer in Germany. Born in Bamberg, she was christened Marie Adelheid Kunigunde Felicitas Elisabeth, Freiin von Aretin. She became Germany’s first Bavarian television announcer and gained wide fame as a panelist on Robert Lembke’s quiz show Was bin ich? (What is my profession?), which aired on national television for 34 years. She passed away in Munich.
