Douglas Ralph Morgan (c. 1920 – May 2009) was a Welsh rugby footballer who played both rugby union and rugby league in the 1940s and 1950s.

In rugby union, he played as a fullback for Machen RFC, Cross Keys RFC, Newport Borough Police (Newport Police RFC), and Newport RFC.

He then switched to rugby league, playing as a fullback for Wales and for clubs Swinton, Leeds, and Belle Vue Rangers. Morgan earned three caps for Wales (RL) and was captain of the Welsh rugby league team while at Swinton in 1949–1950.

Moves in his rugby league career included joining Leeds from Swinton in October 1952, and later signing for Belle Vue Rangers in September 1954, where he stayed until the club folded in 1955.
