Development and design: The project is developed by Onni Group and designed by IBI Group (with Chris Dikeakos Architects). The building is planned to be 590 feet tall with 54 floors and seven below-ground levels, totaling about 658,000 square feet of floor space. Alternative names for the site include 230 W. Olympic Boulevard and 1000 S. Hill Street.

Construction and timeline: Construction began in June 2022. The project was originally planned to be taller (760 feet, 60 stories), but the height was reduced to 590 feet and 54 floors. The construction timeline is about 30 months, with completion targeted for 2025.
